Very pleased with my whole experience. Jason and Roland had SO much patience with me and worked so hard to help me get back on the road. I was truly treated like family and for that I am so grateful. Without hesitation I would rate my entire experience 10 out of 10.
I have a GMC AT4 with the 2 piece tailgate. The message center said my inner tailgate was open, so I couldn’t open the main tailgate. I arrived at my appointment and explained the problem. When the diagnosis was complete, they said I had to replace the latches and electrical switches at a cost of $1200 plus the diagnostic fee of $170. I set up the appointment to repair my truck the following morning. When I arrived home I was disgusted that I was going cost that much. I decided to check clean and spray the latches with WD40 and what do you know. It worked!! Now my tailgate works perfectly and I didn’t spend $1200. I happily called the service department and canceled my appointment. 11/29/23
Service department is in need of more Customer Service training. The lack of communication in that department is HORRIBLE! Waited two months for my car to get serviced and at that I had to call to get an update on my part. Supposedly the part they had was for another customer but the Customer didn’t answer for a month.
Miscellaneous charge for $40 (which service can’t tell me what they were exactly charging me) after I told them I was ONLY suppose to be charged $100 for my deductible. My WARRANTY covers 100%
I do have to say towards the end Roland (Sales Manager) was very helpful with Communicating any information the Service department lacked
I love my new Terrain! Eli was a true pleasure to work with and made this such an easy experience. No hard sales but led us , by listening to what we wanted , right into what I think is a great fit. Roland was also very helpful and so professional. I would highly recommend this team!
The experience with the with the dealership was great my only complain is when trying to schedule an appointment on the app it doesn’t show up at the dealership. After trying to schedule not only over the phone but the app I was told my appointment through the app wasn’t valid so I had to call and when I told them I could get a hold of them through the phone, they told me that the phones were down. I would appreciate if this could get resolved. I have never had a problem otherwise.
Had a wonderful experience at Don Davis and my salesperson Virgil was outstanding. If you are in the market for a vehicle definitely stop at Don Davis in El Campo, Texas and ask for Virgil…he will take care of you!
I am sorry to say but they disappointed me this go round. I had an oil change scheduled for 1. I asked if they could drop me off. Yes no problem. Got there at 12:45 and they took me to my other appointment. At 1:50i called I was ready. No problem. Wait they called back and said my car was just about thru. Could I wait till it was ready. Ok. 2:50 I called cause nobody came after an hour. Ok they were sending now. Good. They was an hour late. Got my car. Asked when I went in if they checked tires. Yes ma’am. 15 point check. Car still had 29 on tire pressure So that wasn’t done. Now I wonder if they even changed my oil.
Good experience. I have been buying all my cars at Don Davis since the early 90’s. Salesmen are great and service is good. Love this dealership and have for many years. Superb car also. Thanks !
